Farewell Polly

Got a call from the wildlife department today that my application to transfer name for the license to keep Polly, a Lesser Sulphur-crested Cockatoo was unsuccessful.
It appears that the license can't be transferred and even just a transfer of address wasn't allowed. Sometimes the hassle is just not worth it, so decided to send Polly back to his owner so that her owner can proceed to request for a special permit now required to keep an Appendix 1 bird.
